I tried to go by BH on Sunday afternoon to give it a look but the gate was locked.  Are there specific hours the trail is open or is this one of those deals where once you join they give you the combination?

First BH is a private property that you are technically supposed to pay a membership fee to use. Second you can park on the left at the end of the drive and it it from there. I hope that helps.

Once youre a member you can be given the combo but if you just want to look around yes park outside the gate to the left.

Thanks guys. I do plan to pay up if that's someplace I want to ride.  I just didn't want to pay $20 to see it then find out that it didn't fit my riding style and not use my membership much.  I also didn't want to go around the gate if they had hours that I just wasn't aware of and the trails were closed.

Thats what i figured. The trails will also be much improved this summer
