100g is like .22 pounds
They actually roll pretty well on pavement and hardpack/gravel. They do not picks up mud. BUT...they do get noticiable drag in soggy stuff.
Still undecided on the Fatty for BALLS. The new tires helped a ton, very comfortable ride, but don't think I can put forth the effort to keep the thing at a decent speed for 100 miles.
