Meet at Quarry Ridge Pavilion @ 6 PM on Thursday, September 25th for a social ride with CORP.

We will provide refreshments and food after the ride.

• Ride the new trails at QR
• Ride down to the new Seminole Trails and inspect the work
• Hang out at the pavilion and tell stories from this summer

Drink, eat and be happy that we have a club of passionate mountain bikers that donate there time to build trails throughout Dane County.

Backup Rain Plan is to have a social gathering at 5th Quarter in Verona.

I think it snuck up on us because this is the only place it ever got posted. There is no event or posting on the FB page for this event.
I will post up and try and get folks planning to come out for the Thursday Night Rides to head this way.

I think this event just appeared on the calendar and facebook today, and it is not on the home page. Given the minimal warning, should this be rescheduled? The typical QR ride is on Wednesday.

I think Tom Harron just shared it to the CORP FB from the forums somehow yesterday....I don't know how to do that.
Based on that, Nick's comment, and the obvious conflict with the regular CamRock Thursday Night Ride, I cancelled the CR ride and put up an event on the CORP FB site.
It seems to just be a big cluster at this point. Based on the amazing weather and trail conditions I had started promoting the Thursday Night Ride before I ever knew this existed, so trying to backtrack on that.
I know nothing about this ride, who is in charge, etc. Other than it looks like Tom is in charge as his contact info is on the posting. It says there will be food and drinks, so I hope someone is taking the reins on that.
All I know is it is going to be an awesome night to ride, and I ain't going to miss riding!

I am in the dark as well.  Will try and pick up *some* (i.e. a couple 6 packs) beverages on the way home.

I don't have access to board forums, Facebook, twitter, front page anymore. I posted it to the forums after I got the go ahead for Nelson on September 10th. I posted it to Facebook after I checked the site and saw I was the only one who had said they were coming.

I'm going to buy beer and food at Hyvee after I see how many people show. All I have is a budget from Nelson and Brian.

Sounds like a good plan Tom. And in weather like this, some beers and food should be all anyone needs as an excuse to ride. I will try and make it out.

Sounds like we need to secure a protocol for getting CORP events planned so we avoid this overlapping. The only central calendar I know is the FB one.

I'm planning on being there, have been since I saw this post on the 10th...
