Bianchi Axis cyclocross or commuter bike, 58cm.
The drivetrain is Campagnolo 10 speed - Veloce Ergo shifters and front derailleur, Centaur rear derailleur and an 11-25 Centaur cassette.
Cranks are 175 with Ritchey 'cross specific 38/48 chain rings.
Cantilever IRD brakes and Salsa 'cross brake levers are powerful and responsive, also installed are Avid Tri-Dangle brake cable hangers.
Saddle is a Selle Italia TransAm.
Also included are the Crank Brothers Egg Beater pedals (with a set of new cleats).
Wheels are Campy Centaur hubs and Mavic CXP30 rims and have been practically bomb-proof. Tires are Performance brand Gotham commuter tires and I also have a pair of Hutchinson 'cross tires to include.
The bike is tuned up and ready for anything you can dish out. There is a dent in the top tube but it does not impact the integrity of the frame. This bike rides beautifully, and with a change of tires will tear up a cyclocross track. The bike has cosmetic blemishes but has been a totally reliable and solid performer since the day I bought it.
Frame is Easton Ultralight "Ciclocross Hydroformed" Aluminum with a Carbon Fiber fork with a steel steerer tube. Size is 58cm (c-t), top tube (virtual) is 58cm. Fork rake is 50mm, Head Tube Angle 72.5deg, Seat Tube Angle 73deg. Stand over height is 32.5 inches. Stem is Bianchi branded, 120mm with 44cm ergo aluminum bars.
Just installed a new Shimano 10 speed chain, new rear brake pads, I have another set for the front, and the original ultra lite stem. I have a set of SPD pedals on it right now... otherwise I have a used pair of C.B. egg beaters with brand new cleats that could go with it.
I believe that the parts alone are worth $600, and the wheels another $200, But I don't mind parting it out. I just need it gone soon to pay some bills.
I am asking $675 but it can be bought for less if you throw in beer, bike parts etc...
