I get asked all the time by people that would like to locate close to the CamRock trails. Well here we have a great little house for sale right in Rockdale. A perfect starter home or a great place for a single person or a couple that wants a smaller home to manage but an awesome community to live in. And anyway who wants a big house and lots of property to manage when you have hundreds of acres of park at your backdoor with mountain bike trails, a creek to kayak, tons of events in town that are an easy bike ride away?
The couple that own this house outgrew it years ago, as they have two kids now. But they love Rockdale and the people so much that they put off moving. Now lucky for them the house next door went up for sale, and they are moving there.
Your other neighbor would be the church, and they only make noise on Sunday morning. And it's a Lutheran church, so really we don't make much noise even at Easter.
You would be about 30 seconds from your front door to having tires on dirt.

About a seven minute ride to CamRock Sport and the Village of Cambridge.
