i am about to replace a set of avid elixir disc brakes with TRP spyke mechanical . are the mounting adapters and spacers compatible from brand to brand or are they brand specific?. in other words, can i just remove one caliper and install the replacement?( along with appropriate levers and cables). are there any 'details' i should be looking for?. thanks for your help.
