If I recall correctly farmguy is not really requiring that people meet up with him specifically to get access to the farm. Most get there through a friend that has ridden it before just showing them around. If you do not personally know anyone who has been out there someone here would almost certainly be willing to host a ride. Actually farmguy usually hosts at least one group ride per year where the un-initiated can be shown the route as I recall.
If nothing else, there is a workday coming up on May 21st. Would be a good chance to meet the land owner and contribute to upkeep even if you make it out there to ride before that.
